Service availability depends on your location and the availability of our service teams or towing partners in your area. We do not guarantee that services will be available at all locations or at all times, though we aim to provide 24/7 coverage across India.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our standard pricing is as follows:
- Base Charge: ₹500 (applicable to all service types)
- Per-Kilometre Charge: ₹10 per km (calculated from our nearest service point to your location and then to your destination)
- Fuel Delivery: Base charge + per-km charge + cost of fuel at prevailing market rates
- Accident Recovery: Additional charges may apply for complex recovery situations (e.g., off-road, difficult terrain)
Important pricing terms:
- All prices are starting rates. The final amount depends on the distance, terrain, and complexity of the service.
- Our team will inform you of the estimated total cost before beginning any service. You will not be charged without your consent.
- Payment is currently accepted in cash at the time of service. We are working on adding digital payment options.
- Prices are subject to change. The prices applicable at the time of your service request will apply to your service.
4. Service Limitations
Please be aware of the following limitations:
- We do not guarantee a specific response or arrival time. Response times depend on your location, traffic, weather, and the availability of our nearest team.
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
- For lockout services, we may require proof of vehicle ownership (RC book or driving licence) before providing assistance.
- We reserve the right to decline a service request if we determine that it is unsafe for our team or if the situation requires specialised equipment that we do not have.
- Service availability in remote or rural areas may be limited.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- You may cancel a service request at any time before our team begins the service. No charges will apply for cancellations made before the team departs.
- If our team has already departed towards your location, a partial charge may apply to cover the travel cost incurred.

- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of income, missed appointments) arising from delays or service limitations.
